Instant Chemistry makes DNA Analysis Meaningful for Couples

With the rise of social media and hundreds of cool new social, mobile dating apps, relationships are constantly put to the test. In order for your relationship to survive in this modern day world, you need to have a strong foundation. It’s important for couples to understand and appreciate the dynamics of their relationship in order to appreciate its value and whether to make an investment into its success. A big reason for relationship breakdown is a lack of understanding and communication between couples.

Instant Chemistry has launched its couple’s chemistry kit which takes a DNA analysis of your saliva to give you valuable insight into three important areas of your relationship, psychological, emotional and physical.

Psychological Assessment

Our psychological profile test will provide insightful information about your core character and behavioral compatibility. Our personality fits well with some and less with others. A deeper level of understanding allows you to work with your partner instead of against them. “Through intensive research scientists have found that long-term relationship satisfaction stems from two constants — your DNA and core personality — and how those match up with your partners’,” Dr. Sara Seabrooke, chief science officer of Instant Chemistry, said in a press release.

Emotional

Our feelings of well-being and happiness are affected by a neurotransmitter called Serotonin. When two people have differences in how serotonin affects their emotions, this can lead to relationship conflict. I don’t believe that you must be with someone who reacts exactly the way you do in certain situations; what’s important is that you are able to understand why your partner reacts emotionally to situations and accept that this is the way he/she is.

Attraction/Chemistry

Complementary (HLA) genes result in a higher level of physical attraction and a higher likelihood of a long-term stable relationship. It has been proven that couples who have immune system genes that are more “different” than their partner will actually find them more attractive. If you’ve ever heard of the smelly t-shirt experiment, it basically proves that you are attracted to certain scents (pheromones); based on the expression of your genetic differences.

A Matchmaker’s Tool

I am particularly excited about this technology being available to the date coaching and matchmaking community who can further translate DNA analysis to make it more meaningful for their clients by making better matches according to their genetic make-up. Instant Chemistry’s technology will greatly assist matchmakers with helping singles make one of the most important business and personal choices in their entire life! The ability to curate highly compatible matches using DNA analysis is absolutely ground-breaking. Matching singles by implementing their genetic information will produce an even greater likelihood for long-term relationships to begin, develop and for these couples to maintain their “happily ever after.”

For $199, you can purchase your couples chemistry kit on the Instant Chemistry website. When you receive your kit you and your partner simply provide saliva samples via our “spit cup” and place in the tubes provided in the kit. After processing, you log back in to the website and get the result of both tests. The turnaround time for your test results is about 2 weeks

Give yourself the gift of useful information which allows you and your partner to better understand and appreciate how your relationship works!

If Instant Chemistry could streamline the process so that results could be discovered more quickly (like overnight), it would be a fantastic addition to dating sites such as Match.com. Knowing whether you’re genetically compatible is significantly more marketable to people who have not yet actually met. (For happy couples, it would be more of a novelty than anything else and unhappy couples don’t need more proof. Further, once a single person meets someone they’re attracted to, all bets are off for such tests).

As for the cost, singles generally meet several others before finding someone and at $200 each, it’s not really feasible. At Match.com however, (and the others Eharmony, etc.), members could have the option of doing the genetic test so that they could see if their genetic makeup is compatible with that of the different mates who interest them, before meeting them. If the tests were bought in bulk from Match, I would imagine that would reduce the cost. I would pay an extra fee in a heartbeat for this option and I know any single person who’s serious about finding a mate would too.

    Instant Chemistry needs to expand!!

After being together for 30 years and married for 28 years, having two children and numerous animals I can’t see what help your test can do for us. Though I am curious! If you wish to test us for research we would be happy to participate. For free of course. We don’t need to pay for what we already know. It could help your study.
